Returns and Exchanges for Shoes and Apparel

Shoes and apparel can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase.

Velaasa will provide a prepaid return shipping label for free returns or exchanges within the United States. We are unable to offer a free return shipping label on international orders.

Information on International Shipping

At checkout for international orders please include your email and active phone number to assure fast and easy delivery.  

All orders ship from the United States, using our service MarketsPro. The cost of International Shipping price is calculated by our international shipping provider DHL. In most cases, taxes and duties will be collected along with your order to allow for faster shipping.

If taxes and duties are not collected with your order, once your package has arrived in your country, DHL will contact you for payment of any Duties and Taxes required by your country. Duty and import fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer through the DHL delivery process. 

Warranty Information for Velaasa Equipment

We offer a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects for our Velaasa line of throwing equipment. Claims are subject to physical and/or photo inspection. Team orders with custom color requests are not covered under this policy. Impacts to cages, backstops or other objects in throwing area that break the implement are not covered by this warranty.
